On-Site Art Storage
Whether a short-term solution for single works or long-term storage for an entire collection, we provide tailored options to satisfy all requirements. Our state of the art, climate-controlled facility is purpose-designed to keep artworks safe and secure.
Customs & Shipping
As long as works remain on site at Cromwell Place, our Customs Warehouse Authorisation allows Members to import artworks into the UK while suspending import VAT liability. Across our art storage and viewing rooms, works can be viewed, conserved, photographed, examined and packed, remaining exempt from VAT.
Alternatively, Members can benefit from our full Temporary Admission account allowing them to import artworks from outside the country with relief of payment on import VAT for up to two years at a time.
Via our shipping partner, we offer comprehensive logistics solutions. This includes international and domestic transportation by road, air and sea.
Viewing Rooms
We offer purpose-built and Customs Warehouse Authorised spaces with original features, clean, minimalist decor, and both natural and specialist lighting.
These can be booked on a half day, full day or weekly basis. The rooms can be used for discreet private viewings, photography, conservation and cataloguing of artworks.
